2010 Berth rates:

- Open berths: $5.75 per foot per month.

- Covered berths: $7.25 per foot per month

Charges are for the length of the berth, or the length of the boat, all extensions included, whichever is greater.  The Marina requires a Security Deposit equal to one month's Berth Fee.

Overnight rates:

- Boats less than 35': $15.00

- Boats 35' to 49': $20.00

- Boats 50' and over: $25.00

Sailboat slips: $5.75/foot per month

Refundable Key Deposit: $20.00 per key.

Again, Antioch Marina is approx. 1 mile from Stone Villa Inn, Antioch. While you can stay at the hotel you could enjoy the Marina within minutes distance. Have fun! 

Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve

Black Diamond is located in Contra Costa County, south of Pittsburg and Antioch.There are two camping areas in Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve. Reservations are required for both--call 1-888-EBPARKS or 1-888-327-2757.
Star Mine Group Camp Area is available all year for organized, educational groups only. It can accommodate up to 40 people. It is located in a grassland/oak woodland community at the eastern edge of the Preserve. Overnight camping is limited to two nights. Parking (maximum eight cars), picnic tables and a pit toilet are available at the site. Campers must bring in their own water and haul out their own garbage. No water is available at the site.
Stewartville Backpack Camp is for the general public. The fee is $5 per night per person. Camping is limited to two nights during the spring, summer and fall. There is room for 20 campers. Picnic tables and a pit toilet are available, as well as water for horses (the water is non-potable and must be filtered or treated for human consumption). The camp is located 3.2 miles from the Preserve headquarters, near the Stewartville and Upper Oil Canyon trails.

Try Hiking at Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve, it's adventure blended with history. It's just 3.2 miles (9 minutes) from Stone Villa Inn, Antioch. A stay at Stone Villa Inn and adventure is a great combination.

Schooner's Grille & Brewery, Winner of ANTIOCH BUSINESS OF THE YEAR!

A family-owned and locally-operated restaurant/brewery that caters to all walks of life. They have an extensive menu that is tastefully prepared by expertly trained staff. They offer a wide variety of Steak, Fish, and Pasta items, as well as, wood-fired Pizzas, wonderful Salads, and a kid's menu that most adults want to try! They have a large indoor seating area that holds up to 165 people, and outdoor dining that seats up to 75 weather permitting. They also have a semiprivate banquet room that seats 40 for sit-down meals, or accommodates 60 standing for cocktail or appetizer parties. 

        

Masterbrewer, Craig Cauwels, handcrafts thirst quenching micro-brewed Beers. They have five house favorites and two or three rotating seasonal specials. Their Beers compliment all of their menu items, even some of the desserts!  

Schooner's Grille and Brewery is a neighborhood place where families, friends, and local business people eat and enjoy life. They also cater large parties in-house or let you take out any of their menu items. They keg their Beer for special occasions such as weddings, parties, and barbecues.  Schooner's, Where the Excitement Begins!

The Breakfast area is superb here. Complimentary breakfast includes Waffles, two different kinds of breads,

danish, fruits, coffee, and much more. Light breakfast for a better start. The area is clean and since the property is Non smoking it feels fresh to start the day and head to any work. The staff is very cordial, it feels like we are at home.
